岩田地崎建設株式会社は、地域の課題解決への思いを原点に、誠実かつ堅実なものづくりを通して「安心で豊かな社会環境づくりに貢献する」ことをミッションとしています。このミッションは、当社が社会において果たすべき存在意義であり、100年を超える歴史の中で培われてきた理念を受け継ぎながら、これからの時代に向けて私たちが担うべき役割を示す指針です。このミッションは未来へ進むための揺るぎない基盤となります。
このミッションを実現するため、当社は「人と自然の最適環境をつくる企業」「地域から頼りにされる企業」「個々の成長を促す企業」という三つのビジョンを掲げています。これらのビジョンは、私たちの志と目指す姿を明確に示すものであり、地域社会の持続的な発展に寄与するための確かな道標です。次代を担う人材の柔軟な発想と行動力を生かし、日々の取り組みを通じてこのビジョンを体現してまいります。
