岩田地崎建設株式会社は、地域に山積する諸課題の解決への思いを原点に、誠実・堅実なものづくりを通して「安心で豊かな社会環境づくりに貢献し、未来を創造する」ことを使命（ミッション）として掲げています。

この使命を果たすためのあるべき姿として３つのビジョンを示しています。それは、「人と自然の最適環境をつくる企業」、「地域から頼りにされる企業」、「個々の成長を促す企業」であります。

このような企業を目指す中で、私たちが、地域、社会、全てのステークホルダーの皆様方から信頼され、成長し続けるために最も大切にしている価値観（精神）が、創業以来の社訓「総親和」であります。

岩田地崎建設は、“根本が定まって道が開ける”と言われるように、常に、会社の進展のために重要な「総親和」という大本となる精神を大事にし、これからも、これまでと違う新しいステージの中で社会に貢献し、企業としての存在意義を認めていただける会社であり続けるよう尽力してまいります。

そのためにも、高い志・ビジョンをもって、50年先、100年先、更なるその先を見据え、中長期を見通した経営計画の重点戦略である「建設事業の深化／DX推進とその先のSXへの志向／人財基盤強化を図っての人財開発／新事業への挑戦」等に取り組みながら、誠心誠意、力強く、ミッションを推し進めていきます。

Message

IWATA CHIZAKI INC. is driven by a strong desire to solve the many problems facing the local community. We have set ourselves the mission "To contribute to the creation of a reliable and enriched social environment to build the future" through honest and reliable manufacturing.

We have outlined three visions for how we should achieve this mission. Our visions are to "Be a company which creates a well-balanced environment for both people and nature," to "Be a company which local communities can rely on," and to "Be a company which can help improve both the mental and technical capabilities of each employee."

As we strive to become a company that reflects these visions, we consider essential to continue growing and to be trusted by the local community, society, and all of our stakeholders. This value (spirit) is our company motto of "Respect, Connect, Unite", which we have had in place since our founding.

As the saying goes, "Once the foundation is laid, the way opens up," IWATA CHIZAKI INC. always values the fundamental spirit of "Respect, Connect, Unite," as it is important for the company's progress. We will continue to work hard to contribute to society in this new stage, which is different from anything we have seen before, and to remain a company recognized for its significance as an enterprise.

To that end, with lofty aspirations and our vision, looking ahead 50 years, 100 years, and even further into the future, we will sincerely and vigorously push forward our mission. To achieve this, we are engaging key strategies of our mid to long-term management plan, such as rooting into our construction business, promoting digital transformation and moving towards sustainability transformation beyond, developing our human resources by strengthening our talent base and taking on new business ventures.
